What Will Happen If The Order not Signed by the Customer?

We will track all the orders online, and we hope our customers can track their Stone Pillows online by themselves to ensure the order can be signed by the customers timely. If we found the Stone Pillows not signed by the customers, we will email or call our customers. If they don’t reply the email or answer the call, and the order of Stones Pillows not signed more than five times, lead to the parcel return, the customers will pay the shipping fee again for the second delivery.

How to Track My Order?

Buyer will get shipping notification as soon as Stone Pillows send out. Tracking number and tracking method will be notified. Just follow our instruction to trace your order.
When you received the Stones Pillows, please check carefully before you sign your name on the delivery notice, you can refuse to accept it if you think it was damaged or missed something during the delivery, and you must email the details to us, so that we can ask compensate from our courier, and we can consider to ship new Stone Pillow or the missed parts to you.

How To Do About The Undelivered Items?

We aim to deliver all of our orders of Stone Pillows and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered Stones Pillows which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.
Pls note: If you select the Register Airmail delivery method for the Stone Pillows and the physical address is in backvelder or some remote places, it often needs 30 working days, so you can contact our customer service to help you with the delivery method.

What will happen if no one is in when my parcel is delivered?

This will depend on which carrier is selected to deliver your Stone Pillows.
Any express will leave your Stones Pillows in a Leave Safe location and will call you when they arrive at your physical address, Then you need to contact the express courier to confirm the second dispatch time for your Stone Pillow. It is quicker for you to do this, also our customer service will help you to contact China express courier.

Why can’t I choose my desired courier?

Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their Stone Pillows, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.
